Rudi Lamprecht - Chairman of the Board |
Executive Advisor to the CEO of Siemens AG
Prior to that position he was President of the Public Communication Systems Group of Siemens AG. Rudi Lamprecht joined Siemens Nixdorf Informationssysteme AG in 1996 as Regional Manager Europe and Executive Vice President. In 1997 he took responsibility for the worldwide PC business of Siemens Nixdorf.
Rudi Lamprecht graduated from Karlsruhe University, Germany, in 1972 with a degree in computer science. In the same year he joined Hewlett-Packard Inc. in Palo Alto, California, as a Sales Development Engineer. He had held various management positions when he became European Sales Manager for Computer Systems of HP. Between 1993 and 1996 he was President European Operations for Tektronix International Inc., Wilsonville, Oregon. Between 1973 and 1989 Rudi Lamprecht completed executive management programs at MIT in Boston, Insead in France and Stanford University, USA.

Satoru Hayashi was appointed to the Board and Executive Council of Fujitsu Siemens Computers on April 1, 2004.
Before joining Fujitsu Siemens Computers Satoru Hayashi held various positions at the Software and Services Business Group of Fujitsu Limited in Japan as well as the United States. He was most recently the Group President, responsible for the Glovia Business Group (Glovia). Glovia is a member of the Fujitsu group which develops and sells Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions. Satoru Hayashi joined Fujitsu as a systems engineer in 1976, and has held various positions throughout the Fujitsu Group, having worked in areas as diverse as the Systems Engineering, Global Support and Package Software Divisions. He holds a degree in economics from the University of Tokyo.
