Dear Colleagues, |
On behalf of the Executive Council, I would like to invite you to the Management Meeting 2008, which will take place in April. The motto for this year's meeting is "GROW TOGETHER". Let me take this opportunity to explain in brief the topics we want to address and develop with you.
GROW together
With the close of the last quarter, our financial and market situation has to improve. We must face our most important challenge of getting back to growth. While I know we will spend the coming weeks doing this, we must also think strategically of what we will do in the following years to ensure that we meet our promise to our shareholders and employees.
I am personally convinced that our long-term goals are still achievable – if we all continue to push towards them. We will use this meeting to analyze, discuss, evaluate and formulate our next steps for the company, paying particular attention to the five focus areas we have set for the company.
Grow TOGETHER
The second topic we will put emphasis on in the new fiscal year 2008 as well as at our Management Meeting is “We make sure”. This initiative, which is deeply rooted in our vision and mission, means a true cultural change at Fujitsu Siemens Computers. It is the key to laying the foundation for our long-term success and prosperity. It will ensure a unifying and sustainable internal culture and way of working that will be added value for our customers, partners and suppliers.
