Registration
Registration is required for full access to the Patch
Web Server. Your local Fujitsu-Siemens sales or service representative or a
Fujitsu Siemens authorised partner will take care of the registration process
for you and can also provide information on maintenance contracts.
Terms of Use
Fujitsu Siemens Computers requires you as the customer
to agree to the "Terms of Use" prior to downloading any patches. By downloading
or using the patches you implicitly agree to these "Terms of Use". If you the
customer are not willing to agree to these terms, do not download or use the
patches.
The patches provided in this web site ("the
patches") can be applied to PRIMEPOWER and SPARC Enterprise systems only by the
customer who purchased the product from Fujitsu Siemens. The patches are
provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied
(including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement). In no event shall
Fujitsu-Siemens be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental,
consequential, punitive or other damages of any kind, including, but not
limited to, loss of profits and loss of data, incurred by a customer arising
out of or in connection with the use or non-use of the patches, even if
Fujitsu-Siemens has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The above
conditions also apply to the use of the product.
