| | OSD Extended Configuration OSD/XC is the BS2000/OSD operating system package for Business Servers in the SQ Business Server line. The Business Servers SQ100 are supported by the new BS2000 OSD/XC V4.0 which consist of the operating system BS2000/OSD-BC V8.0 and a range of system-related software products.
Eight models are configured as complete HW/SW packages with all the components required to support a comfortable and efficient BS2000 operation.
In addition to hard disks which are connected directly to the SQ100 via RAID controller, and a very compact tape cartridge unit for automated backup, storage systems in the FibreCAT CX series or Symmetrix DMX series can be connected via Fibre Channel.
Likewise, Tape Libraries (e.g. SCALAR i500) and the tape storage virtualization solution (e.g. VTA) can be connected via Fibre Channel. |
