| | Flash inventory number into BIOS |
Central administration can be so easy! |
One of our services is the possibility of sticking the inventory number as a label on the PC. These numbers can include information like customer name, local ID, service ID, order number, purchase order date, model number, system component data and/or information given by the customer.
This makes
- inventory taking faster and
- the maintenance (service and support management) and the administration vastly simplier.
Everything will become even easier, if we flash the inventory number into the BIOS. This allows the administrator or the network administrator to read out all inventory numbers via the operating system by means of different tools. The handling of this process is easy and without complications.
It can therefore be easily known, where a PC is located, when it has been started up or similar. A further advantage is, that this setting cannot be changed manually in contrast to the affixed labels.
