This module also offers automated, "lights-out" data protection with extensive autochanger, tape device, and media-handling capabilities. In conjunction with NetWorker, it provides an excellent basis for implementing a stable and global backup strategy for SAP R/3 environments. All activities for this backup and restore solution for R/3 with an Oracle database are administered by the SAP R/3 system. This means that NetWorker only backs up and restores when requested to by R/3. Operations are carried out with the Networker commands save and recover.
