The new entry point for high-end storage
| |
| The Symmetrix DMX-3 950 delivers high levels of performance and availability It is is based on Symmetrix DMX-3 channel, disk, and Memory Directors.and runs the same Enginuity Operating system and provides full support for the advanced replication options offered by the SRDF and TimeFinder families and Open Replicator for Symmetrix. |
The Symmetrix DMX-3 950 provides a compact footprint optimized for data centers with limited space, power, and cooling. It is ideal for enterprise consolidation and tiering as a dedicated array for large applications, and for when high-performance and high-capacity backup to disk is needed. It also works exceptionally well for remote replication (both SRDF/S and SRDF/A).
