Dr. Adrian v. Hammerstein
President & CEO
Adrian v. Hammerstein has been President and CEO
since December 2001. He joined Fujitsu Siemens Computers
as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive
Council in October 1999 and has played a key role
in the development of the company. He studied economics
at Princeton University and received both his M.A.
and Ph.D. degrees in economics from Harvard University
before starting a career in banking. He joined Siemens
in 1991 and was head of finance in various divisions
before being appointed CFO of the Information and
Communication Products Group of Siemens AG in 1998.

Bernd Bischoff
Executive Vice President
Sales, Marketing and Customer Services
Bernd Bischoff brings to the company many years
of experience, both in the IT industry and in the
sales and marketing environment. A graduate in business
administration, he was initially with IBM Germany,
followed by 21 years at Hewlett-Packard where he
was responsible for the implementation of HPs
new marketing approach and the build-up of business
in Germany. |

Peter Eßer
Executive Vice President
Volume Products & Supply Operations
Before joining Fujitsu Siemens Computers in 2001,
Peter Eßer held a number of management posts
in sales at Siemens AG, where he began his career
in 1980, culminating in his appointment as a member
of the Computer Systems Unit Management Team. He
headed sales of computer systems and cordless products
in Europe, Middle East and Africa and was responsible
for the Devices business in Germany. |

Ulrich Kemp
General Sales Manager Germany
Since February 2001, Ulrich Kemp has been responsible
for the companys sales activities in Germany.
He holds a degree in business administration from
the University of Saarland and has held various
executive posts at Hewlett Packard where he was
European Manager of the Internet Start-up business
unit prior to joining Fujitsu Siemens Computers. |

Dr. Joseph Reger
Chief Technology Officer & Head of Corporate
Strategy
Following his career in academic research (physics
and computer sciences) in Hungary, Norway, Germany
and USA Joseph Reger joined IBM in Germany
and became Executive Consultant and Chief IT Architect.
He later joined Siemens Computer Systems as Director
of Enterprise Computing Marketing. In 1999, he took
charge of marketing and corporate communication
at Fujitsu Siemens Computers. He was appointed CTO
in 2002 and Head of Corporate Strategy in March
2003. |

Kai Flore
Chief Financial Officer
& Chief Information Officer
Kai Flore currently performs a dual function as
CFO and CIO. Having been Finance Director for Sales
Germany, when Fujitsu Siemens
Computers was founded, Kai was a driving force in
establishing the new joint ventures Sales
Germany finance department. In the role of Chief
Information Officer, he heads the Information Systems
department, currently focusing on the innovation
and integration of our corporate information systems. |

Peter G. Jilek
Executive Vice President Enterprise Products
Peter Jilek holds a degree in communications engineering
and began his career with the former Siemens &
Halske AG, working in the area of mainframe operating
system development. He assumed responsibility for
Marketing and Software with Siemens Nixdorf in 1992
and took over leadership of the entire subdivision
in October 1996. Peter Jilek has been serving as
head of the Enterprise Products business since the
formation of
Fujitsu Siemens Computers. |

Pierfillippo Roggero
Managing Director of Fujitsu Siemens Computers Italy
After obtaining a bachelors degree in nuclear
engineering at the Milan Politecnico, Pierfilippo
Roggero acquired extensive international experience
in sales and marketing
and in managing companies in the IT sector having
been with Honeywell, Apple and Sun Microsystems
before joining Siemens Nixdorf Informatica as the
Director of Computer Systems in 1996. Roggero is
also Vice President of Assinform, the Italian ICT
companies association. |

Tetsuo Urano
Chairman of the Board
Tetsuo Urano joined Fujitsu Computers in 1996
as Executive Vice President for Business Development.
He became Joint Chief Operating Officer in 1997
and Joint President in 1999. Before joining Fujitsu
Siemens Computers in October 1999, Urano was responsible
for global marketing and business administration
for the High Performance Computing Group (HPC)
in Japan.

Axel v. Varnbüler
Chief Personnel Officer
Before joining Fujitsu Siemens Computers, Axel v.Varnbüler
was Vice President of Human Resources at Siemens
IT Services, where he was involved in a number of
international projects. Prior to this, he was HR
Manager at Siemens AG in Munich. He holds a degree
in
history, politics and law from the University of
Freiburg. |
