market in Asia and North America, has a strong partner in the

I would like to compliment Fujitsu Siemens Computers on its
achievements over the last year. The company has developed better
than the market in fiscal year 2002/2003 and has succeeded in
remaining profitable during these difficult times. Choosing
and implementing the right strategic focus contributed to this
success. There is also a strong customer focus – the company
knows exactly what European customers
want.
I am delighted that the co-operation between Fujitsu and Fujitsu
Siemens Computers has continued to intensify in the last months.
We are working closely together on such important areas as mobiles,
PC and server technology, as well as in development topics such
as autonomic systems and Linux. Their evaluation from a European
point of view, and their input of know-how and ideas, is very
