Principal activities and strategy
Fujitsu Limited and Siemens AG have established
Fujitsu Siemens Computers (Holding) BV (“the
Company”) as a joint venture holding company
owning companies (which together comprise “the
Group”) with the purpose of developing, manufacturing,
distributing, marketing, selling, leasing and servicing
computer products in markets across Europe, the
Middle East and Africa. Computer products comprise
server systems, mainframes, storage products, mobiles
and personal computers and related system software
and services.
Serving the needs of large enterprises, small and
medium businesses and consumers, the Group offers
one of the world’s most complete IT product
and solution portfolios. Our leading-edge technology
and innovative products span the entire range of
personal and enterprise computing needs. With manufacturing
facilities in Germany and approximately 7,400 employees

IT products for enterprise computing ranging from
best-in-class Intel- and Unix-based servers to mainframes
and enterprise storage solutions. We are also one
