The Migration Consultants of Fujitsu Siemens Computers/SAP receive ongoing training, and are certified at regular intervals by SAP. In addition, they are fully supported by the Fujitsu Siemens Computers/SAP Global Competence Center in Walldorf, Germany. Our SAP Migration Consultant will assist you in planning and running the migration of your precious data.
We have developed tested and standardized procedures for different migration scenarios based on SAP standards and experience from thousands of projects. In Migration Services, Fujitsu Siemens Computers uses SAP nomenclature to distinguishes between a Heterogeneous System Copy (switching of OS and/or DB manufacturer) and a Homogeneous System Copy (no switching of OS and/or DB Release).
Our Migration Service comprises the following standardized building blocks for SAP IT infrastructures:
- Preparation,
- Implementation in accordance with the document "Migration Specification for SAP IT Infrastructure",
- Follow-up activities in accordance with SAP guidelines and the "Migration Specification for SAP IT Infrastructure".
